I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password reset flow from the sign-in screen. Enter the email address for your Leafling account, then open the reset link from the same device or browser when possible.
My family data is not syncing.
Check that you are signed in, have an internet connection, and are viewing the correct family and child. If the issue continues, include the approximate time the sync problem started when you contact support.
I cannot see an invited family.
Make sure you signed in with the email address that received the invite. If the invite link expired or was sent to the wrong address, ask the family owner to send a new invite.
Notifications or reminders are not arriving.
Confirm notifications are enabled in iOS Settings and in Leafling settings. Low Power Mode, Focus modes, or notification summary settings can delay or hide reminders.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account. Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel.
How do I request data deletion or ask a privacy question?
To delete your account, sign in to the Leafling website, open Account, enter your current password or sign in with Apple again, and use the confirmation link we send by email. Account deletion is handled on the website, not in the mobile app. Email support from the address on your Leafling account if you need help deleting a child profile, a family, or specific records.
