Who May Use Leafling

Leafling is intended for adults who are parents, legal guardians, or authorized caregivers. Children should not create accounts or use Leafling directly.

You are responsible for making sure that anyone you invite to a family or shared caregiving group is authorized to view and manage the related child care information.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Contact support promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account email current so we can send service, security, and support messages.

Care Records and Medical Disclaimer

Leafling helps you record baby care information such as feedings, sleep, diapers, pumping, growth, health entries, reminders, and notes. Leafling is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and does not provide medical advice.

Always consult a qualified medical professional for health questions, urgent symptoms, medication decisions, feeding concerns, growth concerns, or emergencies. Do not rely on Leafling as a substitute for professional care.

Family Sharing and Content

You retain responsibility for the information, notes, photos, and other content you or your invited caregivers add to Leafling. You must have the rights and permissions needed to add that content and share it with the caregivers you invite.

Other caregivers in the same family may be able to view, add, edit, or delete records depending on their role and the product features available to them.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Leafling to break the law, violate someone else's rights, access another person's account without permission, interfere with the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, upload harmful code, or abuse support or invitation systems.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a way that risks harm, security issues, legal exposure, or service disruption.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features, subscriptions, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations may be handled through the App Store or other payment providers. Their terms and billing rules may also apply.

Unless we say otherwise, subscription changes take effect according to the payment provider's policies. You are responsible for managing cancellations through the account or store where you purchased the subscription.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Leafling, you also agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as Leafling evolves. We try to avoid disrupting families, but we cannot guarantee every feature will always be available.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating this page or providing notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Availability and Disclaimers

Leafling is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every record will always be available in every circumstance.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Leafling disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Leafling will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending Use

You may stop using Leafling at any time. You can contact support for help with account or data deletion requests, subject to legal, security, backup, and service-integrity requirements.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
